Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to metropolitan France, Belgium, and across the European Union.

Delivery Times

• Dispatch: Orders are processed and shipped within $1$ to $3$ business days after order confirmation.

• Metropolitan France: Due to the high demand for our products, delivery takes $6$ to $9$ business days.

• Belgium and European Union: Delivery takes $7$ to $10$ business days, depending on the exact destination.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and destination. Hollia cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and its final destination. We offer free shipping within metropolitan France for all orders over $€50$.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package directly using the link provided in the email.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Hollia is not responsible for packages where the carrier's tracking status indicates that the item has been "delivered." If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at hello@hollia-glow.com within $48$ hours of the estimated delivery date.
